For the security Cube Chain’s website is undergoing Google authenticator. However, there are sometimes errors and we’ll tell you how to fix them.
Here is what you’ll find :
<When OTP scan not working>
1. If you have Cube Chain mailing address in the Google OTP, please delete.
If you don’t, go to #2.
2. Delete Google OTP app, then reinstall.
3. Run Google OTP.
4. Click on the + button.
5. Scan the QR code or input the provided key value.
<Authentication Value error after OTP Scan>
1. Enter the Google OTP app authentication code into the input window within the limited time / If there is an error, try #2.
2. Click on the setting on the upper right corner -> Adjust time according to code and try again / if an error occurs, try from #3 in sequence.
3. If you have Cube Chain mailing address in the Google OTP, please delete.
If you don’t, go to #2.
4. Delete Google OTP app, then reinstall.
5. Run Google OTP.
6. Click on the + button.
7. Scan the QR code or input the provided key value.
